Balbriggan Family Practice offer a complete range of Vaccinations for Infants, and Flu.

Infant Vaccines

There is an updated list of recommended vaccines for children. These changes have been recommended by the National Immunisation Advisory Committee (NIAC)  See www.immunisation.ie.

Flu Vaccinations

These are available every year from September / October throughout the winter months an are recommended for everyone over 65 years of age and those with chronic illnesses such as chronic chest and heart disease, diabetes and those who are immune compromised.

Travel Vaccinations

We no longer provide a vaccine service however we will do private consultations for malaria prescriptions at a charge of €70.

Hepatitis B Vaccine

Hepatitis B Vaccine is now recommended for all patients from countries where Hepatitis B is common (includes Saharan Africa, Central & Eastern Europe & Asia) and for patients with certain chronic diseases , or for patients in certain occupations. Vaccines are provided free of charge but a consultation charge will apply if you do not have a valid GMS card or if blood tests are required.
